You agree that you are eligible to use the Website and by using the Website, transacting on the Mobile App, transacting through any other means of communication, or making a purchase during the aforesaid period, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The User is permitted to use the website only for lawful purposes and as stated in the Diet Guide and Google policies, any violation of the policies will result in strict legal action being taken against the User in accordance with the policies and applicable laws.

DiettoGuide strives to provide products and services at the lowest possible prices to users who purchase or use products and services from the website. However, DiettoGuide does not guarantee that the price will be the cheapest in your city, region or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice and DiettoGuide will not be liable as a result.

DiettoGuide has a network of vendors and reserves the right to pass your order on to any of our vendors for fulfillment.

The prices displayed for each promotional item apply only to the respective day of the promotion and not to any dates preceding or following the promotional date.

All Product offers are subject to limited stock and for a limited time only. Diet Guide may, at its sole discretion, modify, extend, renew or withdraw any Product offer without prior notice to the User. In such event, the revised version will be updated on the Website, as the case may be.

Once used, promotional codes will not be refunded if the order is cancelled by either the customer or DiettoGuide.

We will not run any promotions that induce users to make purchases, downloads or enter into any other agreements without first providing all relevant information and obtaining the user's express consent, or that present our services in a manner that is not accurate, real or truthful.

All products sold through sellers on DiettoGuide.com are authentic. All sellers who list products on DiettoGuide.com must enter into a contract to list and sell only authentic products. They also determine the price at which they sell the products. When you buy from a seller on DiettoGuide.com, we guarantee the condition of the item you purchase. However, this warranty does not apply to manufacturing defects.

In case any cashback offers are made available by your bank during the aforesaid period, you shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the relevant bank/card issuer in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

DiettoGuide may cancel any order placed by the User at any time for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to technical errors, out of stock, or other reasons. DiettoGuide's decision to cancel an order is final and Diet Guide shall not be liable for any such cancellation.

The expected delivery times stated on the website may vary from normal delivery times.

While DiettoGuide strives to provide accurate product, service and pricing information, typographical errors and other errors may occur. In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information due to an error in pricing or product or service information, DiettoGuide, in its sole discretion, will contact User for instructions or cancel User's order and notify User of such cancellation.

DiettoGuide reserves the right to change the price of any product or service at any time without prior notice. Cancellation by DiettoGuide: There may be orders that DiettoGuide is unable to accept and must cancel. DiettoGuide reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, without informing the user of the reason. The user accepts and undertakes that the order will be accepted and shall not dispute or create any dispute regarding the order. Circumstances that may result in the cancellation of a user's order include, but are not limited to, unavailability of the product or quantity ordered by the user, unavailability of a service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by DiettoGuide's credit and fraud prevention department.

Diet Guide may also require additional verifications or information before accepting your order. Diet Guide will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be refunded to your credit card account.

Cancellation by User: In case of a request to cancel an order, Diet Guide reserves the right at its sole discretion to accept or reject the order cancellation request for any reason without informing the user of the reason.As part of normal business practice, if Diet Guide receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/accepted by Diet Guide, Diet Guide will cancel the order and provide a full refund to the user within a reasonable time.

Diet Guide cannot cancel an order that has already been processed. Please note that Diet Guide has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The User agrees that Diet Guide's decision is acceptable to the User and undertakes not to contest Diet Guide's decision regarding cancellation.

Diet Guide reserves the right to cancel any orders that Diet Guide determines to be "Bulk Orders" based on certain criteria. Any Diet Guide Rewards Points or promotional codes used to place a "Bulk Order" will not be refunded pursuant to this cancellation policy. An order will be classified as a "Bulk Order" if it meets the following criteria, which are not exhaustive:

  • The products ordered are not for personal consumption but for commercial resale.
  • If you order multiple items of the same product to the same address;
  • If you order a large quantity of the same product.
  • An invalid address was specified in the order details.
  • Any fraudulent activity used in placing the order.

Diet Guide reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this document at any time without prior written notice to you.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Diet Guide’s liability exceed the provision to the User of the same product or a substitute product of comparable value.
